DESIGN

Due to the nature of the design + creative process, no two cakes or flowers can ever be the same - even our floral custom designs. We may use your inspiration images as inspiration only.  

CUSTOM CAKE FLOWERS 

Please ask your florist to provide the flowers for your cake if you would like your cake florals to match to your event flowers. This is the best possible way of ensuring a style/colour match. We will try to match the flower inspiration as closely as possible.

CARE INSTRACTION

Sugar flowers have an extremely long shelf life, due to their sugar content and low moisture. As long as the flowers are taken care of properly, they’ll last for years. Keep the flowers out of direct sunlight (it can fade the colors) as well as extreme heat/cold, and especially out of humidity.

FLORAL CUPCAKES 

Please note that all our products are gluten - lactose free and baked fresh onsite in our home based facility.

For all orders with allergen requests, including but not limited to egg-whites / pasteurised, milk / lactose free. The kitchen will be free of these items for your order. All care will be taken in the preparation of your order

VEGETARIAN/VEGAN

We offer a vegan option, our floral cupcakes are suitable for vegetarians once requested. There is no gelatine in our products, our food colorings do not contain any animal products and we do not use cheese. Our desire is to ensure that vegans get the same quality taste as our non vegan products.

ORDER CONFIRMATION & PAYMENT

SUGAR ART FLOWERS ORDER: prefer 7 days notice is required for placing floral art, but we understand that things don't always work that way.

FLORAL CUPCAKES ORDER: prefer 5 days notice is required for placing cupcake orders.

To secure your order, a 50% non-refundable deposit of the total amount is required at the time of booking. 

This deposit confirms your order for the selected date. Requests and orders are not confirmed until a deposit has been received. The remaining balance of the order is to be paid in full at the time of pick up or delivery, unless otherwise agreed upon. Clients are also welcome to pay in full upfront at the time of booking. All payments are made via a direct bank transfer, if you are only able to pay by credit card, please make us aware of this at the booking time.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Any cancellations will result in the loss of your deposit. All cancellations or changes must be in writing. If you cancel your booking within 3 days of your pick up or delivery date, the full booking amount will be forfeited. If you fail to show to your requested appointment time for collection of your order, we may not be available until our next business day for a recollection. We cannot refund for cakes that have not been collected within business hours. 

We understand that things do come up, if you need to move your date, you should provide reasonable notice. The new date will be subject to availability and we may not be able to carry over the deposit.

WEDDING CAKE

You can expect to pay between $500-$1,500 for a fully custom Sugar Flower arrangement designed your wedding cake. Please note we only book 2-3 clients each month + spots typically book out 6-12 weeks ahead.
